Schavemaker Transport specialises in the haulage of exceptionally long, wide and tall cargo. Our experienced drivers secure your load correctly and deliver it with the utmost care to its destination across Europe.
From our base in Bochum, at the heart of Germany's Ruhr industrial region, we operate with extendable trailers up to 30 metres, telescopic low-loaders up to 5.5 metres wide, and semi low-loaders up to 3.2 metres high. A 15-tonne forklift and 35-tonne crane complete our equipment. Our route optimisation ensures we minimise road kilometres, contributing to lower CO2 emissions per shipment.
Beyond transport itself, we arrange transport permits, freight documentation and government notifications. Temporary storage is also available. With our expertise, we always provide a fitting solution for the most challenging loads.
